Del mismo modo,\nproduce la mejora osteomec\u00e1nica a nivel articular y beneficios psicol\u00f3gicos, ya\nque ayuda a reducir la ansiedad y a prevenir la depresi\u00f3n. Todo esto supone un\nimpacto directo y muy positivo en la biomec\u00e1nica del parto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recomienda que\nlas gestantes contin\u00faen con su rutina de ejercicio f\u00edsico que segu\u00edan antes del\nembarazo, aunque sean ejercicios de alta intensidad, como el crossfit o el\nrunning. No obstante, apunta que el ejercicio deber\u00e1 ir adapt\u00e1ndose al momento\nde la gestaci\u00f3n y a las caracter\u00edsticas personales de cada mujer durante esta\netapa y siempre y cuando no suponga recibir golpes o ca\u00eddas que pongan en\nriesgo al beb\u00e9 y\/o a la propia gestante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">La actividad f\u00edsica m\u00e1s completa es aquella en la que se trabaje ejercicio de fuerza, cardio, control postural y movilidad, siempre con control respiratorio y trabajo del m\u00fasculo transverso del abdomen\u201d.
